Pass-and-Play Snakes and Ladders - Take Turns Rolling and Moving

Black to playHome0/0

Play Snakes and Ladders on One Device

Put one phone, tablet, or computer between the two players and start right away. There is no room to create, no sign-in, and no connection to wait for. Roll, watch the token move, then pass the device across.

Follow the Turn

The status bar tells you whether Black or White is up. Tap roll, let the token move, then watch snakes and ladders resolve right away. A roll that would pass 100 is skipped. When the color changes, hand the device over.

A Legal Move Is Not Always a Good One

The first debates are usually the same: will this roll hit a snake, catch a ladder, or overshoot 100 near the end. The board already applies the rules for you. A highlighted square only shows a legal landing spot. It does not promise the best result.

Agree on Undo Before You Start

If you allow undo, use it before the other player rolls. Once the device changes hands, the position stands. Replay is for after the game, not for taking a die roll back during someone else's turn.
